A Strange Dream List
I thought I would make up a strange wish list!
Some of these will probably never happen but I can still dream
1. I wish Mik Scarlet would write on my blog or on the Ouch messageboard to me!
2. I wish for a nice man to care about me as I hate being single!
3. I wish I could have a luxurious trip to a hotel in a limo with champagne.
4. I wish I could work for Damon!
5. I wish that some of you blogpals could meet me! (Oh well it will happen one day I suppose, Can't wait if it does!)

hmmm... I never dare to ask whether my dreams will come true or not. I'm afraid if I do, they won't happen :( I don't wanna look back on that, lol.
However, what dreams do I have?
Well, a good enough social life so i can get out of my parents hair basucally. I think my social life should be mixed both witn non-disabled and disabled. all my friends are disabled apart from just two people.
Getting a place of my own so I can live independantly. Watch whatever I want on TV, have more time on my own really.
To discover all of my past lives. Just wanna know who I've been from the first human til now. Not worried about who I could be next (future lifes) I wanna concentrate on this one, getting it somewhat right so, I can be doing OK in the next ones :)
Travelling more; I wanna see more contries like, Chec Republic, Switzerland, Holland (most definitely!!!) and most of Europe.
Getting a good job that I can do wiht confidence and get a good rate of pay.
Just being a part of society and playing my full part. That's yet another dream.

I agree with Justin that travel is such a wonderful dream and yet feels so out of reach due to the discomforts, access issues, and cost of travel. Before I had my injury I went to Rome and would love to return. I would also love the chance to visit friends and family in the UK.

There are some dreams which are largely to do with luck and some which you can do something to make happen. One of my dreams is to get my book published - but that mostly involves work from me. Another of my dreams is to be able to be self-sufficient and not rely on benefits any more, but if I remain as ill as I am just now, this might never happen.
